Inaccurate information

Personal information is required to be registered. If the registered information provided is false or inaccurate, POKER CLUB has the right to terminate the service provided to the account.
The subsequences caused by the event must be the responsibility of the user. (Including but not limited to: account number, password inquiry, use of game services, application for game history, event acceptance, suspension of appeal, etc.). If the information provided by the player is incorrect or has been changed, it should be corrected and updated shortly by the player.

The use of other people's identity information or the falsification of false information (including but not limited to mobile phone number, telephone number, address, ID number, etc.) for registration and use of the game services without the consent of others. Using vulgar or improper language

Use of unofficially recognized trading platforms for the sale of private game currency

Improper transfer of POKER CLUB game currency or account, or attempt to trade in-game content (such as Poker Coins) with others for cash/real items, or attempt to mediate transactions, or involve gambling or fraud. In the face of the above situation, the POKER CLUB will seek compensation according to law.

Counterfeit official service staff

Anyone who pretends to be a member of the company or misleads other members, or who pretends to be suspicious or misunderstood in the name of POKER CLUB, belongs to this category. (eg. game administrators, online managers, etc.) may be mistaken for the words of the representative of the company.

Malicious attack against the server

Any malicious attack or destruction of the server by any system or tool, if it causes any damage to POKER CLUB, will be claimed according to law.

Abnormal consumption record

Based on the maintenance of the player's rights and interests, when the consumption is abnormal, the POKER CLUB temporarily suspends the player's account. When the abnormal fact is destroyed or confirmed to be normal, the player's right to use the account will be immediately restored.

Malicious appeal

Malicious appeals, insults, verbal harassment, or other behaviour that may affect online attendants to perform service task.

Intellectual property rights

All copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, other intellectual property rights, ownership or other rights of all works and materials contained on the POKER CLUB Games website are owned by the POKER CLUB or its rights holders. All persons shall be held liable unless they have been legally authorised by the POKER CLUB or the rights holders to reproduce, transmit, modify, edit or otherwise use them in any form or for any purpose.

Improper game nickname

For newly applied or modified game nicknames, with undue implication, including but not limited to indecent messages, unrecognizable words or symbols, religious beliefs, ,inciting political opposition, deliberately attacking others' insinuation, violating public order and good customs, and easily be misunderstood as POKER CLUB personnel, online service staff or other online players.

Cheating in the game

If the player colludes with other users in the game for serious cheating or deliberately deliberate loss, causing other players to lose the game currency (such as Poker Coins, etc.), and all players who participate in or assist in violating the rules are also punished.
