Browser Requirements
The game only supports the computer version of chrome browser, and chrome browser for Android 4.0+ mobile phones.
Each player basically has 20 seconds of thinking time after participation. If it is a personal factor or poor quality of reception i.e., stay in basement area, causing no action for the play for more than 20 seconds, the system will regard as the player automatically abstained, if you have any questions, please feel free to contact the customer service center.
Computer Equipment Requirements
As the players participating in real-time live interactive games,
the basic requirement of the Internet access speed is 4G.
If your computer network is shared via WIFI or if you are participating the game with weak WIFI signal, it may cause your computer lagging when playing games, you may even be unable to browse the live game instantly (refer to below), therefore, it is highly recommended to use high-speed broadband network to enjoy the game.
If there is any problem caused by one’s own internet access i.e., loss from auto fold, it should be borne by oneself. Please feel free to contact the customer service center if you need our assistance.
